It is our immense pleasure to recommend Pamela Munson as a real estate agent for any individual, family or organisation selling or searching for the ideal property. We had a large house on 10 acres of Allyn River frontage which we held or sometime but were not using and decided to sell. We choose Pamela on a recommendation from a friend who had purchased a property from her. Pamela had an initial meeting with us and made excellent recommendations regarding the specific needs to improve the property for sale and provided a detailed road map covering all necessary work needed to market the property. A master with the protracted contract negotiations, Pamela managed the first enquiry to be the eventual purchaser over a significant extended settlement period and came up with a deal that was good for us and made the purchaser happy as well. Throughout this selling process, she also managed to negotiate with our neighbours to solve issues that the purchasers solicitor raised with the Title, and needed action taken to resolve. This skill is particularly important in the rural market and in the current market situation. She knows current owners and past history of East Gresford property like the back of her hand. There were two vendors involved in the sale of this property and I can honestly say Pamela Munsion went out of her way to sell our property, she is an exceptional and professional agent who went above and beyond her job in an extremely difficult and somewhat challenging circumstance to get the sale of our property over the line and get us the price we wanted.
